show form <id> to <who> titled <text> with buttons ..., with an optional line of text above the buttons.
show question form ... for a question with two buttons.
show input form ... with text boxes, switches, dropdowns, sliders and labels on one form.
on form "<id>": runs when the form is answered, with {_button} and {_index}, or {_answers} for an input form. on form closed "<id>": runs when it is closed.
