Buttons with a picture, and sending a Bedrock player to another server.

Added

• A picture beside a button: with buttons "Shop" with image "https://...". An address is fetched by the player's game; anything else is a path in a resource pack.
• transfer <who> to bedrock server <address> sends a Bedrock player to another Bedrock server, with port <n> for a port other than 19132.
