Pyramids, and a box repeated in a direction.

Added

• edit pyramid at <location> height <n> with <block>, with hollow at the end for one that is empty inside.
• edit stack from <location> to <location> <n> times <direction> repeats a box, each copy straight after the last: north, south, east, west, up or down.
• edit move from <location> to <location> <n> blocks <direction> moves a box, leaving air behind.
• edit line from ... to ... with <block>, edit overlay from ... to ... with <block> for one layer on top of what is there, and edit drain at <location> radius <n> for taking water and lava away.
