First release: DecentHolograms in HyperScript scripts.

create holo <name> at <location> with lines <text>, <text>, move holo <name> to <location> and delete holo <name>.
set line <n> of holo <name> to <text>, add line <text> to holo <name> and remove line <n> of holo <name>.
add page to holo <name> with lines ... and show page <n> of holo <name> to <who>.
show holo <name> to <who> and hide holo <name> from <who>, for one player or for all players.
all holos, holo exists <name>, location of holo <name>, lines of holo <name> and pages of holo <name>.
on holo click "<name>": with player as who clicked, and {_holo}, {_click} and {_page}.
