Holograms that delete themselves, the nearest hologram, and how far one is seen from.

Added

• create holo ... with lines ... for <duration>: a hologram that deletes itself when the time is up, and when the server stops.
• nearest holo to <location>: the name of the hologram closest to a place.
• set view distance of holo <name> to <n>: from how many blocks away it is shown.
• holos within <n> blocks of <location>: the holograms near a place, the nearest first.
