Added

• who last changed block at <location>: the name of whoever last placed or broke a block.
• block changes at <location> and block changes by <who> in the last <duration>, also within <n> blocks of <location>: what happened, newest first, a line of text each.

  async:
      set {_name} to who last changed block at player's location
      send "&7Last changed by &f%{_name}%"

• rollback <who> for <duration>, also within <n> blocks of <location>, and rollback everything for <duration> within <n> blocks of <location>.
• restore <who> for <duration> puts back what a rollback took away.
• The words of its syntax in French, Spanish, Portuguese and German, for servers whose HyperScript is set to one of them.

A rollback changes the world: give the commands that do it a permission.
