Changing who a plot lists, and whether a plot is claimed.

Added

• add <who> to plot at <location> puts a player on the plot's members; as trusted on its trusted players.
• deny <who> from plot at <location> keeps them out, and remove <who> from plot at <location> takes them off all three lists.
• plot claimed at <location> is true where there is a plot that somebody owns.
