Three ready-made scripts for a new server, and a setup that installs them. The plugin itself is unchanged.

Added

• Ranks.hs: ranks without a permissions plugin. /rank set <player> <rank> gives one, /rank remove <player> takes it back, and /rank list and /rank info <player> show them. A rank comes with a permission of its own (rank.vip), so other scripts and plugins can go by it.
• ChatPrefixes.hs: everybody's rank in front of what they say in chat, or a prefix of their own given with /prefix set <player> <text>.
• JoinMessages.hs: a line picked at random when somebody joins or leaves, a welcome for whoever joined, and an announcement when somebody is new to the server.
• All three have name among their options, and JoinMessages has address too, so SetupServer.hs fills in your server's name and address for them.

Changed

• SetupServer.hs asks before it takes anything out. It always asks whether the other scripts should go first; say n and they stay, and the new ones are installed beside them. The option that switched this on is gone.
• SetupServer.hs installs the three new scripts as well as the sidebar and the tab list. Each can be left out in its options.
