One rank system for the sidebar, the tab list and the chat. The plugin itself is unchanged.

• Sidebar.hs and TabList.hs show the rank Ranks.hs keeps. Both used to work a rank out for themselves from the permissions rank.vip, rank.mod and so on, each with its own way of writing it. Now they show what /rank set gave, written the way Ranks.hs writes it, which is also what ChatPrefixes.hs puts in front of chat messages. A rank you add to Ranks.hs shows in all three without touching the other scripts.
• A server operator is no longer shown as the owner just for being an operator: what counts is the rank they were given.
• Both scripts have a new option no_rank for a player without a rank, and TabList.hs has name_colour for the names. Without Ranks.hs everybody is shown that way.
